Annual Maintenance Contract Service Plan:

The Annual Maintenance service option delivers proactive and timely technical response in accordance with predefined Service-Level-Agreement (SLA) objectives. You can select from an 8x5 or 24x7x365 plan depending upon the support coverage you require supporting your business objectives. This service gives you the option to contact the SOFTEL help desk through a toll-free number, or e-mail.

Time-and-Material Services:

Time-and-Material service is provided as a flexible means to address your specific operational needs. The Time-and-Material option is provided on a best efforts basis, and may involve re-discovery of your custom applications and environment.
